Tour costs are calculated based on multiple factors, including travel dates, number of passengers (PAX), destination, accommodation category, vehicle type, and services included. Pricing is date-sensitive and may change if travel dates or group size are revised.
All quotations are prepared based on the confirmed PAX mentioned at the time of enquiry. Any change in the number of travellers will result in a revised cost.

Yes, we assist with arranging Inner Line Permits (ILP) for destinations such as Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland for Indian nationals.
ILPs are generally issued from Guwahati and take 2–3 working days, subject to government approval.
Required documents typically include passport-size photographs, a valid photo ID proof, and address proof. All documents must be shared in advance for timely processing.
Yes, we assist Indian citizens with Bhutan entry permits and e-permit processing.
E-permit processing usually takes 5–7 working days, provided all required documents are submitted correctly at the time of booking.
Guests must carry original documents during travel, as any mismatch may result in penalties imposed by the authorities. Older laminated voter ID cards require manual permit processing on arrival.
Booking confirmation implies that the guest has carefully reviewed and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
A 100% payment must be made before arrival, as per the agreed booking timeline or cut-off date.
In some cases, installment-based payment schedules are provided depending on the travel date and booking date. Installment details and due dates are shared at the time of confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel the booking or suspend services in case of non-payment within the stipulated time.
All cancellations must be informed in writing.
For confirmed bookings, a mandatory administrative fee of INR 2,500 per person or 5% of the total booking value (plus 18% GST), whichever is lower, will be charged.
The remaining amount will be refunded as per the cancellation policies of the individual hotels, activities, and ground arrangements involved. Any non-refundable services will be charged in full.
Amendments to dates, hotels, services, or guest details are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Any extra cost will be communicated before proceeding.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days, subject to receiving refundable amounts from respective service providers.
Yes, all applicable charges and administrative fees are GST-compliant, and GST is charged as per prevailing government regulations.
