General Booking Information

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• Quotations are based on base category rooms, unless specified otherwise.

• Quotations are valid for 48 hours only, unless mentioned otherwise.

• Tour costs are date-sensitive and may change if travel dates are modified.

• Total cost is calculated based on the number of passengers (PAX) mentioned in the quotation. Any change in PAX will revise the cost.

• Quotations are applicable to Indian citizens only.

• Standard hotel check-in time: 13:00 hrs
  Standard check-out time: 11:00 hrs

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and policy.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for hotel check-in.

• For extra adults, hotels usually provide an extra mattress or roll-away bed, not a full bed.

Transport Guidelines

• Vehicle services are point-to-point and strictly as per confirmed itinerary.

• Vehicles are not on disposal and cannot be used for:

  • Shopping

  • Market visits

  • Personal activities

  • Repeat sightseeing

• Unused or partially used vehicle services are non-refundable.

• SUVs with bucket seats are not available.

• Due to limited parking, vehicles may not always be stationed at the hotel entrance.

Important Travel Information

• Tourism infrastructure in the region is developing; facilities may differ from metro or luxury destinations.

• Water shortages, electricity cuts, and fixed hot-water timings are common.

• Drivers may come from local villages and may not be formally trained in tourism etiquette. Guests are requested to cooperate.

• Guests must strictly follow sightseeing and transfer timings shared by our team.

• Room heaters are available at an extra cost unless included in Premium or Luxury packages.

• Guests are advised to carry:

  • Warm clothing throughout the year

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • Umbrella/raincoat (monsoon)

  • Power banks and spare batteries

  • Personal medicines and essentials

Destination-Specific Notes

Arunachal Pradesh

• Remote destinations with basic hotels and limited amenities.

• Road conditions, especially Bhalukpong–Tawang, can be slow and rough.

• Indian nationals require an Inner Line Permit (ILP).

• Permit processing time: 2–3 working days.

• Required documents:

  • Passport-size photographs

  • Photo ID proof

  • Address proof

Cherrapunjee & Dawki

• Accommodation is basic; even top properties are similar to good 3-star hotels.

• Ideal for nature lovers, not luxury travellers.

• Vegetarian food options may be limited.

Bhutan Travel Requirements (Indian Citizens)

Important Notes

• Laminated voter IDs require manual permit processing on arrival.

• E-permit processing takes 5–7 working days.

• Any document mismatch may attract a government fine.

TCS – International Travel

• TCS is mandatory for international travel packages.

• 5% TCS up to INR 7,00,000 per person per financial year.

• 20% TCS on the amount exceeding INR 7,00,000.

• TCS can be adjusted or claimed while filing income tax returns.
