Confirmation of a booking implies that the guest has carefully reviewed and agreed to the Payment Policy mentioned below.

Payment Terms

  • 100% payment must be completed as per the agreed timeline or booking cut-off date, prior to arrival.

  • The payment schedule (installments, percentages, and due dates) is decided based on the booking date and travel date.

  • Installment due dates are communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

  • Failure to make payments within the stipulated timeline may result in:

    • Cancellation of the booking, or

    • Suspension of services without prior notice.

Important Notes

  • All prices are valid only after payment is received as per schedule.

  • Any delay in payment may impact availability of hotels, transport, or services.

  • We reserve the right to revise costs in case of delayed payments affecting supplier rates
