Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or WhatsApp).

  • For cancellation of a confirmed booking, a mandatory administrative fee will be charged:

    • INR 2,500 per person OR 5% of the total booking value (plus 18% GST), whichever is lower.

  • The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded based on the cancellation policies of:

    • Hotels

    • Activities

    • Transport and ground services

  • Any non-refundable bookings will be charged in full.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation or amendment charges.

  • Refunds are subject to receipt of refundable amounts from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.

  • Utilized or partially utilized services are non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against other services.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.


Amendments

  • Any changes in:

    • Travel dates

    • Hotels

    • Services

    • Guest details
      are subject to availability.

  • Amendments may attract additional charges as per supplier policies.

  • Any extra cost will be communicated and approved by the guest before processing changes.
