Terms & Conditions

By confirming a booking with us, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below, along with the Payment Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Travel Resources published on our website.


Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment as per the agreed schedule.

  • Confirmation details, including itinerary, hotel names, and services, are shared after payment confirmation.

  • Any verbal communication or tentative hold does not constitute a confirmed booking.


Pricing & Quotations

  • All quotations are based on the details provided at the time of enquiry, including:

    • Travel dates

    • Number of passengers (PAX)

    • Room category

    • Services requested

  • Quoted prices are valid for 48 hours only, unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are date-sensitive and may change if travel dates, hotels, or services are modified.

  • The total tour cost is calculated based on the confirmed number of passengers. Any change in PAX will result in a revised cost.

  • Quotations are applicable to Indian citizens only, unless mentioned otherwise.


Hotels & Accommodation

  • Hotel accommodation is provided as per availability and category confirmed at the time of booking.

  • All quotations are based on base category rooms, unless explicitly specified.

  • Hotel check-in time is 13:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 hrs.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and hotel policy.

  • For extra adults, hotels usually provide an extra mattress or roll-away bed. Full extra beds may not be available.

  • Many hotels in the region do not have elevators. Guests with mobility concerns or senior citizens are requested to inform us at the time of booking.

  • In destinations like Cherrapunjee, Dawki, Arunachal Pradesh, and other remote regions, hotels offer basic amenities, and luxury facilities may not be available.


Transportation & Sightseeing

  • All vehicle services are provided on a point-to-point basis, strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.

  • Vehicles are not provided on disposal and cannot be used for personal purposes such as shopping, market visits, or unscheduled sightseeing.

  • Vehicles will operate only on the routes and locations mentioned in the itinerary.

  • Any unused or partially used vehicle services are non-refundable.

  • Due to limited parking space in hill destinations, vehicles may not always be stationed at the hotel entrance.

  • SUVs with bucket seats are not available.


Amendments & Changes

  • Any changes to travel dates, hotels, services, or guest details are subject to availability.

  • Amendments may attract additional charges depending on supplier policies.

  • Any extra cost due to amendments will be informed to the guest and processed only after approval.

  • Changes requested close to the travel date may not always be possible.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

  • Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website.

  • Refunds are processed only after receiving refundable amounts from hotels, transport providers, and other service partners.

  • Utilized or partially utilized services are non-refundable.


Travel Documents & Permits

  • Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID for hotel check-in and security verification.

  • For destinations requiring permits (ILP, e-permits, restricted area permits), guests must provide correct documents within the prescribed timeline.

  • Failure to submit accurate documents may result in permit rejection, delays, or denial of entry, for which we will not be responsible.

  • Any fines or penalties imposed by authorities due to document mismatch or non-compliance will be borne by the guest.


Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations arising due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities

  • Landslides or road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Political disturbances

  • Strikes or technical issues

In such cases, any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the guest directly.


Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to follow timelines shared by our operations team for sightseeing and transfers.

  • Guests must behave responsibly and respect local customs, laws, and environments.

  • Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property will be the responsibility of the guest.

  • Consumption of alcohol, prohibited substances, or violation of local laws may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.


Health, Safety & Insurance

  • Guests are advised to assess their physical fitness before undertaking hill travel, trekking, or adventure activities.

  • We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal loss.

  • We are not responsible for any illness, injury, loss, or accident during the tour.


Limitation of Liability

  • We act only as a facilitator between guests and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and activity providers.

  • We are not liable for service deficiencies, delays, or failures caused by third-party suppliers.

  • Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the guest for the specific service.


Complaints & Grievances

  • Any service-related issue should be reported immediately during the tour to allow us an opportunity to resolve it.

  • Complaints raised after completion of the tour may not be entertained.

  • Feedback helps us improve our services and is always welcome.


Jurisdiction

  • All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts as mentioned in the booking documents.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
